SIM Details

  • Your SIM card number is located on the back of your SIM card. It is a 9 digit number followed by a letter. Please input the 9 digit number ONLY. Do not add the letter to your 9 digit SIM number.

If you are porting a prepaid phone number please ensure the phone number and DOB provided in porting details (above) match the details held by your current provider. If these details are incorrect the port will not be successful.

Porting is typically completed within 3 business hours however can take longer on rare occasions. Your existing SIM card will continue to operate until your current provider has released your phone number to the Olitech Telco network. Please keep your existing SIM card (from your current provider) in your phone until it no longer connects to the mobile network. At this time, remove your existing SIM and insert your new Olitech Telco SIM into your phone.

Direct Debit Setup

Payment of your monthly account must be completed by direct debit from your bank account or credit/debit card. Please select your preferred payment method to commence direct debit setup.
